Trial Poster

This is the final image I have made for my poster, I started to improve on it by putting the characters name's below the main title. On the tag line I added a glow to make it stand out more and give it a more interesting look. I also added a blood splatter to show that this move does contain blood. I also added a 15 Certificate

This is my poster that I made for our short film The Love Of Blood. I made the background and the character's black and white to show the darkness of the film, I also chose black and white to empthasis the eye colours of each character. The titles 'Love of Blood' are in red to stand out from the background and catch the readers eye, which also give it a Horror genre sense. The background is of a derelict house and an old tree I wanted this as it is simple and gives it a spooky atmosphere.
I chose these pictures of the characters as they dont give away any emotion and the reader maybe left wondering who they are and what lead they have in the film. The male character has a red eye showing evil, the female character has a blue eye showing good, however i chose to use the tag line 'He had a secret...But, so did she...' to throw the audience off course to show that maybe he isnt that evil and she's the evil one, it is also used as an exclamative as to what secrets the characters might have.
